While the existing municipal <br />code authorizes such action, we have refrained from enforcement <br />in the past and elected to work with the individual contractors <br />to resolve street patch failures. However, it seems iae are <br />spending an inordinate amount o_` time "chasing" contractors in <br />an attempt to have them repair/install their permanent street <br />patches. <br />Our records indicate that the following street patches have not <br />been permanently/adequately patched: <br />7023/7025 Lower Ridge Road - Sewer <br />Failure to repair the above noted patch by November 13, 1985 <br />will result in the City repairing the patch an3 taking <br />appropriate action to recover our costs. <br />Sinr_erely, <br />ALFRED A.
