All conditions of that approval must be met. <br />The effective easement width for services to this short subdivision <br />shall not be less than thirty (30) feet. <br />The applicant must provide an easement document that is acceptable to <br />the City setting forth the method and responsibility for maintenance of <br />the easement access area, providing perpetual access to all lots.
