ATTACHMENT A <br />APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE <br />I am requesting, as authorized under Section; 18.44.210 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code, to be allowed access to Lots 3 and 4 of the proposed <br />short plat by easement. <br />Section 18.44.200 of the Everett Municipal Code, and the requirements <br />for road frontage as established by the present zoning of the property <br />to be subdivided, would allow for only two lots, although the property <br />contains more than sufficient square footage for four lots which can <br />meet all other requirements for this zone. <br />Should this variance be granted, there will be no detrimental effects <br />to the public welfare nor any injuries to the properties or possible <br />future improvements in the vicinity, as all proposed lots will meet the <br />requirements for the zone in which the property is located. <br />As a result of the circumstances in which I find myself, I would have <br />no objections to the granting of a variance to other prarerty owners in <br />the vicinity of the property having circumstances simila., to mine. <br />ti7 <br />
