Mr. Ingram was absent. <br />The reading of the minut��s of the previous meeting were �tispensed <br />with. <br />A hearing cvas he].d on the application of PQr. and Mrs. Hopkins, <br />7301 Lower Ridae Road, Everett, Washington, £or a variance from <br />Sec. i5•04.OSOrE.C.C.'(Zuning Code) General Provisions, Land <br />Use, £or permission to divide Lot 25 0£ B=verly P_cres Tracts <br />into two (2) parcels, with one to have a twenty (20) foot front� <br />age on Lo:oer Ridge Road and the other to have 106 foot of front- <br />age oa Lower Ridge Road in an R-2 Single Family Density Residenr,e <br />Zone. Lot 25, Beverly Acres Tracts--7.;01 Locver Ridge Road, <br />Everett, tJash. <br />Mr. Jerry Straub, a realtor, reF�resented Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins. <br />He made the £ollowing remarks: <br />� 1.
