All braced wall panels shall be clearly indicated on the plans (2326.11.3 UBC). 4. Alternate braced wall panels aze allowed per Section 2326.11.4 UBC. Show location of hold downs on foundation plan. Label clearly each alternate braced wall panel. 5. The plans do not clearly convey the configundon oP the foundation. It appears that there �s a monolithic foundation around the entire structure (26'X36'), but the actual garage is 24'X26' with a 12'X26' carport. Dces the carport have a foundation around its perimeter? Is there a spread footing under the wall between the gazage and Carport? G'� 7 Specify species and grade of glued laminated beam (GLB).
