All references refer to the <br />1994 Uniform Buildmg Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington <br />State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your. application to continue, it wil.i be <br />necessary to provide the Bu�l�ing Div�sion with two complete new sets of <br />drativings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. The plans submitted shall be specific to the structure being built. Remove any/al] <br />references that aze not applicable to this swcture. <br />2, Provide floor plan drawn to scale showing the actual ^onfiguration of the proposed <br />structure. Dimension all openings. <br />3, Braced wall panels are required at each end of each braced wall line and not more <br />than 25 feet on center. All braced wall panels shall be clearly indicated on the plans <br />(2326.11.3 UBC). <br />4. Alternate braced wall panels aze allowed per Section 2326.11.4 UBC. Show location <br />of hold downs on foundation plan. Label clearly each alternate braced wall panel. <br />5. The plans do not clearly convey the configundon oP the foundation. It appears that <br />there �s a monolithic foundation around the entire structure (26'X36'), but the actual <br />garage is 24'X26' with a 12'X26' carport. Dces the carport have a foundation <br />around its perimeter?
