These commens <br />address buildi:�g issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Eclition, unless stated <br />othecwise. <br />In order for the processin� of xour application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division wath two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 18" below the finished grade. Show <br />finished grade on section drawings. <br />2. The typical framing section at the family room shows a wood foundation supporting the <br />existing concrete foundation.
