<br />for purposes of repair, maintenance and replacement of said anchors.
<br />The owners also grant ard convey to Public Utility District iVo. 1 of Snohomish
<br />County, General Te�ephone Company of the Northwest, Inc., and any public or private
<br />water or utility company or district, gas com�any and television cable compan�-, their
<br />successors and assigns, an• easement 7 feet ir width on the outside extreinities of
<br />the easement area described herein in wiiich to install, lay, construct, renew,
<br />operate, and maintsin underyround conduits, cable, wire and pipeline with necessary
<br />facilities and other• equipment for the purpose of servic;n9 there herein described
<br />Tract A, to9ether vrith the ri9hts of ingress, and egress over said 7 foot strip
<br />and the other easements for in9ress, egress and utilities established in ihis
<br />instrument for purposes of repair, maintenance and upkeep of the facilities located
<br />within said 7 foot strip. There is also granted said private and/or public comoanies
<br />Y.he right to cut tre�s, brush, undergrowth and foliage beyond the easement area which
<br />in the absolute discretion of said coinpanies might constitute a mer�ance, or endanger
<br />or cause damage to said lines.
<br />It is further covenanted and agreed by the O�vners for the�selves and their
<br />successors hereto, and by this declaration, the 0�•mers do herety bind +.hemselves
<br />their heirs, successors and assigns to the followiny:

<br />(1) The �for the purposes of protection of the easment area the undersigned
<br />agree to the right of the builder of said easement area, or �its successors or
<br />assigr�s to make necessary c��ts for s'!opes r�r fills beyond the easement area here?n
<br />described on to adjacent praperty in the ��easonab;e grad4ng of �•oads constructed
<br />over said easement area, anc to the further right to make necessar}� provisions
<br />for draina9e to protect sa�d easement area.
<br />(2) That said easement areas being appurtenant to and for the benefit of all
<br />or portions of the her�ein described property shall be considered to nass
<br />taith the subsequent ronveyance of any po�,tion of the herein described
<br />Tract A whether mer.cioned or not mentioned in the instrwnent of conveyance
<br />of any portion of the herein described Tract A.
<br />The covenants and obligations herein containeo shall run tvith and bind the
<br />land, and shall be binding upon the present and future owners of the land herein
<br />described, their heir�, successors and assigns.
