This will allow mare space betareen <br />the other two buildings �nd will not aftect the proPer.ty <br />im�ediately behind. <br />Boundarv Chanqes- In order to accommodate a buildiny of the <br />same styling as those on lots 1 and 3, it will be necessary <br />to change the bo�mdary lines as shown on the plot plan <br />(detted lines). <br />I have been adviscd oi tce 20° ang.le from the road cent.�rliiie <br />as being a requirement foroboundary changes, but I honestly <br />do not believe that the 90 angles as shown on the plan will <br />have an adverse effect on any of the 3 iuts and will not <br />have a visible effect from the street. A 20° angle on the <br />south side will be difficult, if ndt impossible to attain. <br />'19ie easement as shown on the plot plan has been recordeil <br />under �uditor Fi.le �G504180228 Vcl. 1895 Page 0188.
