(Use additional pages if necessary.) <br />In asking for a reasonable use determination I believe the <br />lot which is from amexisting short plat completed in 1980, <br />would best be used for a single family residence of such a <br />size as to minimize the use of the 50' buffer area. I have <br />considered many different house plans and finally decided <br />on the current one because of it's minimal width which uses <br />only a small area of the buffer zone. The house itself has <br />only 1144 square feet with an attached 2 car garage. It will <br />also have a daylight basement of 1144 square feet. <br />D. Conditions: What restrictions or conditions should be applied to your <br />proposal should it be approved by the Planning Director? <br />The only restrictions or conditions which I feel would be <br />important would be to use the smallest amount of the buffer <br />j area and to .leave the area undisturbed except for the areas <br />directly related to the house itself. <br />E.
