Planning <br />Dept., the rock wall is to be no taller than three (3) feet on the property line. <br />I thought this matter was already cleared up back on August 23rd when we spoke. <br />Yet the wall has been lenghtened and made even taller since then. <br />When I spoke with Steve Ingalsbe in August I was told the planning deparrnents <br />decision was made to keep the heighl at three (3) feet or less on the line. <br />Our August conversation had come after I had come in, in person on July 12, to <br />see on the building plans how tall the rock wall would be. At that time you <br />showed me the plans and said there were no rock walls on the plans; at which time <br />I told you there was an almost five (5) foot wall bui7.t on the property line that day. <br />You told me an inspector would be out. Which did happen. All building stopped for <br />a little over a month and then things started up again. <br />On Oct. 5, the wall ::as completed to a height of seven (7) feet. <br />On our second conversation on Oct. 5, you told me this matter had been sent to <br />zoning code enforcement because the wall was built without a permit when planning <br />had already denied a wall taller than three (3) feet on the line. <br />I spoke with .Tim Hansen*on Oct. 5. (*Zoning code enforcement).
