7. The single faaily appearance and character of the <br />dwelling shall be maintained when viewed from the <br />surrounding neighborhood. Only one entrance to the <br />residence may be lo�ated on any street side. <br />The conversion will take place entirely within the <br />existing structure, so the single Pamily character of <br />the building will remain unchanged. No new street side <br />entrance to the structure is proposed. <br />8. Only one electric and one water meter shall be allowed <br />for the enL-ire buiiding, servinq both principal and <br />accessory dvelling units. <br />Permits to obtain additional meters are required prior. <br />to installation. Additional permits would not be <br />authorized for this site by the Planning Department. <br />9• The secondary and principal dwellinq unit shall comply <br />with all applicable requirements of the Uniform <br />Suilding Code as adopted or amended by the City. <br />Building permits to construct the accessory dwelling <br />unit would be reviewed by the Building Department for <br />compliance with the Uniform Building Code prior to <br />issuing. <br />l0. The owner of a single family dwellinq with an accessory <br />dwellinq unit shall file an Owner's Certificate of <br />Occupancy...no later than April lst of each year. <br />The owner has submitted an Owner's Certificate of <br />Occupancy with their application, and will be required <br />to update it ea�h year. <br />11, a, permit for an acc.essory dwelling unit shall not be <br />t:ransferable to any lot other thazi the lot described in <br />i•.he app'_ication. <br />A separate permit would be required for any accessory <br />dwel.linq unit in a different location. <br />12.
