These comment� <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(such as Utilities, Ylanning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Unifortn Building Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated <br />othenvise. <br />In order for the processing, of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two co�nplete new sets of drawings reflec}fng <br />ihe corrections requested. <br />The plans as submitted do not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing per Section <br />2326.4.IUBC. <br />The 24" min. lateral resVaint panel cn Sheet A4 dces not meet the min. requirements for lateral <br />bracing. An "Alternate Braced Wall Panel," as described in Section 2326.11.4, may be used <br />where braced wall panels are less than 48" wide. <br />2.
