FSox 2035
Everett, WA 98203
ATTENTION: Tim Burpee
SUB7ECT: R;ght-of-Way Improvements at 129 Madison St. Right-of-way use
Application I179-174
Dear Tim:
.. (-:-, nr;:r:
CITY OF
everett
urv Ne. aso•e>ae
EVEFCTT, WSNINGTON
YB301
During an on-sit inspection our Inspector noted that a substandard driveway has
been installed on the public right-of-way at this site with no right-of-way use
permit. This driveway shall be removed and replaced meeting City of Everett
Standards.
Also, since our phone conversation in June when I told you that a covenant power
of-attorney was an acceptable alternative to installation of sidewalks a policy
change has made this no longer true. In that the power-of-attorney wasn't
received and therefore the right-of-way use permit wasn't issued, you will also be
required to install sidewalks in conjunction with replacing the driveway section.
The Enclosed permit is for removal of the substandard improvement as weil as it's
replacement with a standard driveway section and sidewalk. If you have any
questions in regard to these requirements please call 259-8811.
Sincerely,
Hugh Warren
Director of Public Works
By: Lon Mayberry
Public Service'Aide
Enclosure
