A copy of <br />the last inspection showing the condition of final approval is enclused. The Uniform Building <br />Code provides that all permits expire by limitati��n if the work authorized by the permit is <br />suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 18U days. If you <br />wish to prevent the permi: from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completel, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that tune the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without fir,ai approval.
