The garage's siding and rooting material must Ue similar to what is used on the residence. <br />Chapter 7 of the �vereU Municipal Code (lMC) states tlial the Planning Director may look at such <br />factors as view obstruction, aesllictic impact on surrounding properties, and impact on <br />neighborhood cliarncter. The Planning Director approved the garage based on the following: <br />The subject properry is over ]0,000 square feet in �rea. 1'he proposed garage �vill he located behind <br />thc residence and accessed from an existing driveway off of Madison.
