Pot trap on b�th tub is inadequate� illeg::1 and <br />unventad. Clotheswasher outl�t is r,either irapped nor vented. Waste <br />pioe from sink and clotheswasher is black iron or steel. Water <br />eupply to fixt�res inside Stop and Waste v�lv�. is inadequ.ate. The <br />floor under the toilet bowl is rottedg the lead closet s{uU is too <br />shr,rt and unusable. <br />Renew toilet setiing ind toilei c!oset bend. Either in�tall a <br />4"xt3" drum trap on tr3th tub w•�ste or n vented P tr3p. Ch�nye waste <br />piping from wash basin. Vent 6asin tr•�p. install new waste piping <br />from kitchen sink. Vent kitchen sink trap. Install P trap on <br />c1otF,ee washer outlet. Vent vrasher trap.
