The following aze some of the deficiencies noted dunng the inspection. These deficiencies may be sufficient to declare the house substandazd pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the city of Everetr 1. The floor in the bathroom azound and under the toilet is rotted. The floor is completely gone in an azea adjacent to and under the toilet, exposing the crawl space under the house. Because of the lack of a floo� supporting the toilet, the seal for the toilet to Ltie sewer pipe is not properly sealed. 2. The bathroom d��or does not have a handle. 3. The bedroom on the sUeet side of the house has a broken window, and the closet door knob does not operate from the inside of the doset. 4. The three pronged electrical outlets, throughout the huuse, aze not grouuded. 5. The floor in the kitchen around and under !ne d'ishwasher is rotted and deteriorated. 6. There is �tanding water under the house. 7. The thermostat for the neating system does not operate unless the controls are set on high. The problems with the bathroom floor should be repaired immediately to prevent personal injury, further damage to the floor, and damage to the plumbing.
