These comments <br />address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by othcr <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code, 2001 Edition, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of }'our a�•plication to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two sets of re� ..,ions retlecting the corrections requested. <br />1. UBC 1105.2.2 and 1105.2.3, (State Amendments), requires an accessible water closet, <br />lavatory and accessories in each toilet facility. <br />2. Section 1105.2.1 requires that at least 2% of the showers be accessible. <br />3.
