Accessible walcr cluset in each tuilet facility: <br />Accessibie water closets aze located in all the public restrooms in lhe building. Accessible <br />watur .;losets are not provided in the non public - fire personnel areas because no disabled fire <br />personnel will ever be an ac[ive dut� at Fire Station No.S. <br />2. Accessible showers: <br />Accessible showers are not provided in the non-public — fire personncl areas because no <br />disabled fire personnel will ever be on active duty at Fire Stntion No.S. <br />3. Roof access: <br />A man door on the mezzanine level provides access to the 11at roof at lhe center of thc <br />building. <br />Please note that items one and two were discussed with Tim Tyler and Tony L.ee prior to the <br />design of the buildi�ig. In order to meet code requirements the City of Evcrett promises that if it <br />should ever sell the fire station, and the buyer intends to occupy the building, the Ciry of Everett <br />will remodel the fire personnel arcas [o include accessible wster closels and showers. <br />? hope U�at this letter has addressed the Building Divisions comments and that revisions are not <br />necessary.
