The main floor was designed to hold the weight <br />of two Eire engines The eatire structure has been well mainY.ained over the yeara, <br />but Plumbing & Electrical work will be required. There is ample parking at the <br />zear of the building, There ia approximately 7000 aquare feet of csable area in <br />the building. The upper floor has one large main room, four office spaces, a <br />kftchenette and a batkroom. <br />The main floor has two small rooms and the large �ire eagine room. The <br />basement has approximately 2000 squate feet of usable space but is broken up by <br />col�ns. <br />Fire separatioc and a fire exit from the upper floor ciill also he required, <br />It has a central heating sqstem and a well insulated roof.
