I. f-roject Overview <br />The subject site is located at in the City of Everett and fronts on Colby Avenue, Madison <br />Street and I3everly Boufevard. It is developed with single-family residences and an existing <br />fire sta[ion. The property is approximately 1.3 acres in size. 'I'he site slopes to the east and <br />contribu[es runoffto two separate drainage basins located in Colby. 'I'hem. is no offsite <br />contributory area to the site. <br />A new fire station with associated parking is proposed for the siie. Drainage from thc <br />parking lot will be routed to a sterm H�ater quality area and then to a r.ombined water <br />quality/detention vault located underg-ound, and outletted to the zxisting storm sys�em <br />in Colby flowing south.
