Prelimna�y Conditions Summary <br />There are no preliminary conditions for this projecL The Pre-application meeting did not <br />identify any sensitive areas, downstream drainage problems or special design <br />requirements. <br />Compliance with Minimum DCE Requirements: <br />1. TGSCP - A temporary silt trap is proposed along with a construction entrance, <br />catch basin protection, perimeter protection, and revegetation. <br />2. Preservation of Natural Drainag� Systems - There are no streams on the site or <br />immediately downstream. Drainage will be released into the historic drainagc <br />systems. <br />3. Source Control of Poilution - M Oil/Water separator is proposed Cor �lie floor <br />drains inside the building and the car wash areas and fuel tank areas. The car wo '� <br />areas will have a valve which will diverc runoff to the separator when the Irucks ai _ <br />being washed and to the �!rainage system at all other times. <br />4.
