Heilman: <br />The City Public Works Department has reviewed the documents you provided and has concluded <br />that you car, take primary access to the two building lots described above over the 16' wide <br />public right-of-way designated as "Evergmen Place" on the recorded plat map. <br />Thc City would require that dic right-of-way be paved to a width of 16' from the soudiern <br />boundary of Lot 5 Plat of Pinehurst Division G to the soudiem most lot line of Lot 8 Plat of <br />Pinehurst Division G.
