According to our records, we do not have <br />final approval for the permit(s) listed above, initially issued to Wayne Blankinship. Sections 105.5 and <br />R105.5 of the International Building Code and International Residential Code state that permits become <br />invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work <br />under your permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />i) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br />inspection, or <br />2) RPquest final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely compleCed, and that all <br />required inspections are performed. Please contact us by ]uly 26, 2015 to scheduie inspections <br />or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if a(Cer further inspections the permit once <br />again reaches expiration.
