The additional classroom space is to be used on Sunday in <br />association with regular church services and activities. Regular <br />Wednesday evening use is also anticipated. Limited use at other <br />times is permitted. Regular, active use several days a week will <br />require further review by the Planning Department and may result in <br />the need for a Specia.l Property Use Permit. (SEPA Land and Shoreline <br />_.Use Policies). <br />2. If this addition is used for classes more than 12 hours per week <br />or 4 hours per day, it must comply with the Uniform building Code, <br />Chapter 8. Otherwise, the Uniform Building Code will classify this <br />as a non-educational use and compliance is required for appropriate <br />occupancy.
