Jones: <br />Sometime during the Madison Street Improvement• Job, Associated Sand <br />& Gravel paved a small parking lot on the east side of your store <br />building at 2020 Madison Street. There was no drainage provided for <br />this lot, thus water is entering the building at 2024 Madison and <br />also running across City sidewalk, <br />Lverett City Ordinance, P96-70 Section 15.04.190, requires that all <br />parking areas be graded and drained to dispose of surface water, <br />and that surface water shall not be permitted to drain across side- <br />walks or street right-of-way. <br />Pleas,a contact me or Fred Oehiert of the Iingineering Department <br />at your earliest convenience, concerning this matter.
