These <br />comments address building, issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code <br />1991, 2nd Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />✓. Marquees extending over public property must comply with Section 4505. <br />Specifically Section 4505(b) and Section 4505(e). <br />]t r-V ✓f. The accessible parking stall must be a van accessible stall which requires 16'-0" <br />total width. <br />✓3. Please indicate supports for 9-1/8" x 13-1/2" glulam beams over the first floor front <br />entrances. <br />Ajl)-n� V�4. Parapets must be 30 inches high minimum and constructed per Section 1710(b). <br />klaW ✓5. The lighting power budget incorrectly indicates 26-160 watt fixtures. The plan <br />indicates 28 fixtures, which will exceed the maximum budget allowance of 1.7 <br />watts per square foot. <br />✓6. Provisions for roof drainage are required per Section 3207(b). Roof drainage shall <br />not flow over public property, Section 3207(e). <br />7. Due to the extensive nature of these revisions, an ad iitional plan review will be <br />charged when the building permit fee is collected.
