JOINT SIDE SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />This EASEMENT AGREEMEIv'T, made this 8°i day of June, 2004, between the owner of <br />property #l, being CHRISTENSEN QUALITY HOMES, INC. whose property is described as: <br />LOTS 29 and 30, Biock 12, PLAT OF PINEHURST, a..;cording to the plat thereof recorded in <br />Volume 5 of Plats, Page(3), records of Snohomish Counry, Washington. <br />The owner of Property #2, being CHRISTENSEN QUALITY HOMES, INC. whose properry is <br />described as LOTS 27 and 28, Block 12, PLAT Ul� PINEHURST. <br />And the owner of Property #3 being CHRISTENSEN QUALI;'Y HOMES, INC. whose property <br />is described as LOTS 31 and 32, Block 12, PLAT OF PINEHURST. <br />WITNESSETH: Tha[ for and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, it is <br />hereby agreed between the above parties thar <br />1. There shall be a side sewer easement for the use and benefit of said propeRies being the south <br />seven feet of lots 29 and 30 running parallel to Madision Avenue, Everett, Washington. <br />2. It is agreed that the cost of maintenance, repair or reconstruction of that poRion of the sewer <br />used in common shall be borne in equal shazes, and when necessary to repair, clean or <br />reconstruct the sewer, the parties ro the Agreement shall have a right of entry for that purpose. <br />3.
