The propeRy is legally described as: <br />Plat of Pinehurst Div B, Blk 017 D-00 — All Lots 5& 6, Vol: 8 Page: 18, of Plats of <br />Snohomish County. <br />Parcel Number: 5450 017 005 00 03 <br />An inspection of the accessory buildings and exterior premises was conducted on September 13, <br />1999 and it was noted that conditions exist with the building on the premises that aze in violation <br />of the i�ang�rous Building Abatement Code of the City of Everett. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are: <br />I) The building is so deteriorated, structural portions have materially less resistance to <br />�vinds or earthqual:as than is required in the case of similaz new construction. <br />2) The building is se dilapidated that portions of the roofs on the building has become <br />detached or dislodged, nas collapsed, and may cause injury persons or damage property. <br />3) The building is maintained in violation of specific requir;ments or prohibition applicable <br />to such buildings or structures provided by the building regulations of this jurisdiction, as <br />specified in the Building Code or of any law or ordinance of this state or jurisdiclion relating to <br />the condition, focation or structure of buildings. <br />4) The building is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the <br />common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />1'our immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable plan of action to accomplish this within 10 (ten) days of your receipt <br />of this letter.
