There were <br />no illegally parked autos on i,ity Property at those timea, nor were there any autos <br />parked ou or near t3rs. Laabs' property. <br />Mra. Laabs was contacted by telephone on May 22nd. She was tnformed that she has the <br />right to authorize a towir:g cempany to remove a vehicle from her property if ehe <br />vehicle is there without her permiasion (1971 Everett Traffic Code Sec. 46.55.119.) <br />The adjacenl- property, �ahich is a rental duplex, has not been condemned by thia <br />d•Lviaion and we have no valid resaon to do so at this time. <br />Robert K.
