Additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by cther departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two comp!ete new sets of drawings retlecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The engineers stamp is required by WA. State Law ro be an original stamp with <br />counrersignature. The rzvised plans do not have an � riginal "wet stamp". <br />?. The copied plans are not legible (the original engineering is too faded to read. <br />3. Provide engineering from Truss Company for all truss modifi;ations. <br />4. Show how roof ac front porch is supported. Specify beam size, species and grade. <br />5. Provide more complete floor framing plan. Are floor joists tumed at cantilever? <br />Specify hanger used if floer joists are hung off of the side of the (3) microlam <br />beams. Saecify hanger at triple joist. <br />6. Provide detail of over hang at left side of garage along microlam beam. Specify <br />hanger to be used. <br />7.
