Comprehensive Plan <br />Finding: The area is Single Family uses. <br />Conclusion: This variance would not effect the Plan. <br />DECISION: APPROVE <br />Approve a variance as requested by the applicant with the following condition: <br />1. The applicant will have to secure an easement from the adjacent <br />property for maintenance of wall or hold structure back three (3) feet. <br />
