EXCEPT: The south 35 ff:et there oS. <br />In order to enlar�e the existin� structure as described <br />above it is essential that we be granted the permission to <br />build on the property line as opposed to 5 feet from it, <br />which is required presentl;/. <br />The varaince requested will not be detrimental to the piiblic <br />welfare or injuiious to the properties or improvements in <br />vicinity of the zone in which the propert,y is located. In <br />fact, in ou^ eyes the Pinehurst community will benefi.t from <br />the improvement. <br />If the variance is not gran�ed, the unnecessary iiardship <br />of cramped livin� quarters and failure of fulfilling the <br />"American Dream" will continue to plague the owners of <br />this property, <br />
