He would like to use the existing driveway and curb <br />cut for his new garage. <br />Preservatlon of Property Right <br />Finding: The house has existed for a number of yeara with 0 feet side <br />yard setback. <br />Conclusion: The variance would allow L-he applicant to uae the existing <br />drivevap and curb cut. <br />Public Welfare <br />Finding: Thia variance would allow the applicant to use the beat <br />layout fcr the exiating conditions. <br />Conclusion: Allowing this variance woul�l not effect the adjacent <br />property - that house is 30 feet from tSie property line. <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Finding: The area is Single Family ases. <br />Conclusion: This variance would not effect the Plan. <br />I <br />DECISION: APPROVE <br />li <br />!Approve a variance as requested by the applicant with the following condition: <br />,I <br />1.
