The applicant will be required to deed 10 feet of additional right-o£-way to <br />the City to correct the alignment of Madison A��enue, per Ordinar.ce 555• <br />(SEPA Tranaportation/Circulation policies) <br />3. Special chargc,s for connection to the ae:.er system in accordance With <br />Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The approximate cost based on the <br />preliminary information provided is $514 per unit. The act�.�al coet shall be <br />computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time <br />and according to the information provided on th= approaed plans on the date <br />of permit iasusnce. A five feet Kide landecaped ares must be provided along the entire Madison <br />Avenue footage, except for driveways in compliance with Section 19•40.050 of <br />the Zoning Code and Section 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications <br />Manusl.
