0 <br />INFOdMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1. City Streets and alleys are t� be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppreasion and atreet cleaning muat <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />2. Performance guarantees are required for any improvemente done in the <br />public cight-of-vay (including lanLscaping). <br />3. A one year guaran[ee is required on the public atreet and alley <br />improvementa (and site landscaping, if applicable) for an amount not <br />lesa than lOX of the cost of construction and shall run for one year <br />from the date of final approval/issuance of the first Occupancy Permi[ <br />for the project. <br />4. A Permit is required for destination of any fill <br />5. Landscaping muat be provided in compliance with the preliminary aite <br />plan. <br />6. Detailed dravings in accordance with City Design and Conetruction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />aite parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-�:ay. Public Works Department approval of these <br />dravinge is req�._red prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit is iseued. <br />
