W45HIHGiON <br />To construct 12 apartment units in three structures [ast of Broadway, West <br />of 1-5, South of Howard Avc. and North of Madison. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Departrnent that issuance of <br />a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. Access, circulation and parking pians are to be s�_bmitted for Public Works <br />review and approval. Pians shall include all abutting public righ2-oi-way. <br />,,. 2. City streets are to be kept clear nf dirt and debris during construction. <br />,� 3. During construction all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of <br />Everett shall be on arcerial streets unless otherwise approved by the P�blic <br />Works Department. <br />�" 4. Standard street improvernents, including concrete curb, gutter, 5' sidewalk and <br />asphalt street improvements fronting the development on Howard and Madison <br />with turn around on Madison are required. Asphalt overlay from frontage to 100' <br />W�st of development te a point wliere existing road surface has not failed is <br />required. <br />�. 5.
