Allowing .InstaAatton <br />of asphalt throughout the entlre width of the drlve�ti�ay results in the situation on <br />the a•estern propecty edge that I expect wIl! get a few chuckles as an uutstanding <br />example of a sidewalk that goes siowhere and serves no immediately appareni need. <br />You wili recall ti�at It was for t}iat reason that the short section of sId�_«�alk mas <br />not requlred. Your Inclusion af the sidewxlk will, of course, provide a definttton <br />of the edge of roadway, provide continuity to the future sldea�alk on the con:iguous <br />western property, and serve iu deftne the western edge of your driveway. <br />lf you should elect to amend the Howard Street plans to exciude :he concrete <br />sldewalk and avoid any potentlal amusement, we will accept an L.I.U.
