(AGRA) respectfully submits this final summary of special <br />inspection services for the referenced project. Our services were perfurmed as requested and <br />scheduled by Strata Communications. Daily reports of our inspection were prepared at the tfine <br />our services were provided. Ourdally field reports, which are attached, form the basis (or this final <br />summary letter. <br />AGRA performed special inspection services for reinforced concrete for the drilled pier tower <br />footing. We observed that the reinforcing steel and placement of concrete conf�rmed with the <br />approved plans and specifications. All concrete samples collectc::� during construction met or <br />exceeded the specified 28-day compressive strength requirements. <br />Performed inspection services for anchor bolts tightening.
