(Everett <br />Municipal Code) Yard Requirements, Paragraph B, for permission <br />to expand the existing kitchen portion of the residence to within <br />one (1) foot of the west property line rather than the code <br />requirement of five (5) feet. <br />Legal Description: The north 190 feet of the following described <br />tract: Commencing at the stone montunent on the one-sixteenth <br />corner on the south line of Section 6, Township 28 North, <br />Range 5 East W.M., the southwest corner of Cady's Addition to <br />Beverly Hills; thence north 69°O1'40" west for 549.74 feet; thence <br />north 0°58'20" east for 30 feet to the north line of Beverly Park <br />Maple Heights County Road, the true point of beginning; thence <br />north 0°58'20" east for 300 feet; thence north 89°O1'40" west <br />for 74.89 feet; thence south 0°58'20" west for 300 feet to the <br />north line of the Beverly Park Maple Heights County Road; thence <br />south 89°O1'40" east along said north line of the County Road <br />for 74.69 feet to the true point o� beginning.
