Tradeco Inc, 2721 Wetmore Ave, Everett, ;�:ashington, <br />recruesting a variance from the required `orty (40`) <br />feet that must front on a nublic dedicat�d street <br />for each building lot. Th� property is located at <br />approximately 4822 F owler Ave. <br />U nder new business a hearing was held on the application ef <br />Bruce Lamus, 831 Grand Ave, Everett, t�7ashington �or a variance <br />from Section 19.14.050 E.M.C. That such variance is necessary for the nreservation <br />ann enjoyment of a substantial property right of the <br />appellant possessed by the ocaners of other properties <br />in the same vicinity or zone, <br />2. That the authorization of such variance �;ill not be <br />materially detrimental to the public welfare or <br />injurious to property in the vicinity or zone in <br />which the property is located. <br />
