All work shail be pertormed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811 � <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Slandard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />5. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this Iot. <br />6. The contractor must meet with the Public Works inspector (call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403) to discuss <br />potential drainage routing prior to beginning the project. <br />7. Install eros' n control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erc �ion blankets. <br />8. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />9. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />10. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />11. No building materials to be stacked on roadway and roadway to be kept caean and open for pedestrian trevel. <br />12. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />93. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A 8 306 on this <br />proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or <br />damaged area must be repiaced). <br />14.
