We are currznfly doir.g a �lrainage study in this basin, however, we have not reached a point where we know whether the detention requirements ca_. be waved. Hence detention should be required. The natural flow from this proper:y is toward the Northeast in the form of sheet , flow. Since the abutting property to the northeast is private property, there couid b� some di.fficulty with draining the increased runoff in this directioa. There is a drainline in n4adison �vhich can be �onnected to, although someone would have to __ verify that it has sufficient depth.
