EVERETT, WASNINGTON,'
SIGNIFTCANCE - Psrmit to construct
a 24-30 unit apartment building - 809 • '•
Madison Avenue .
WATER:
Our records ind:cate that we hace a 4" vood pipe vate'r .nain on the west side
of Cady Road and an 8" A. C. main on the north side of Madison Avenue witki
static pressures of approximately 52 psi. •
The construction of the building tiill not have a significant unpact on the water
system. The Vater Department should have na objections k the proposal.
The builder or owner must give consideration to the wzter pressure in the area
if the building is to be over two stories high.
SEWERS:
Sanitary sewers are available on Madison Avenue for this proposed development.
This development should not have a significant impact on the sanitary sewer
system. •
DN.AINAGE:
This proposed development will be Iocated in tne Pigeon Creek #1 drainage basin.
We are currznfly doir.g a lrainage study in this basin, however, we have not reached
a point where we know whether the detention requirements ca_. be waved. Hence
detention should be required.
The natural flow from this proper:y is toward the Northeast in the form of sheet
, flow. Since the abutting property to the northeast is private property, there couid
b some di.fficulty with draining the increased runoff in this directioa. There is
a drainline in n4adison vhich can be onnected to, although someone would have to
__ verify that it has sufficient depth.
Without further information with_respect
recommend the issuance of a negative de
draina;:vill be handled;I cannol
