Two hundred and
forty square feet of etisting patio and landscaping in the front yard will be converted to 2
grzveled pazking spaces. Graveled parking for these 2 spaces will be used to circumvent
potential storm water drainage problems that may potentially cause drainage problems should
an impervious surface be used. These parking spaces will provide a total of 5 on-site parking
spaces. This proposed plan extends the driveway/tum area 2.5 feet towazds the East and keeps
a five foot set back from the adjoining properry to the East. All vehicles except the one from
idenrified pazking space #2 in the East side of the garage can tum azound on site. It is anticipated that occasional visitors will probably use this offstreet parking. Staff
members may also continue to pazk where they do now at 811 Madison. Please observe that
811 Madison St. pazking area is noted on an accompanying detail map of the Westerly adjacent
lots 19 and 18.
