In this case, it would <br />require that you resubmit up-to-date layout plans and <br />equipment schEdules for review because your June 24th <br />plan revie�o is not relevant to the construction and <br />eqtiipment . <br />The main purpose for the plan review is the following: <br />1, To insure compliance with the existing sanitary <br />requirements; <br />2. To prevent any misunderstanding by the food-service <br />operator as to what is required; and <br />3.
