These documents are to rema{.n on fi"le and available, in bound and <br />good condition, for :.nsgection at tha job sit�� office of the general contractor <br />aG all tim•:s until the project is completed an� approved. It is recommended <br />that these documents be made a permanent part of the boarding home records. , <br />It should he noted that approval is for this fire a;arm work only as set forth <br />in these construction documents and any changes or altarations in/or to the <br />plans or specifications are subject tu prior approval by the Washington Stata <br />Health Service� Division. <br />Encloae3 are two addressed post cards. Please fill in the date and return <br />Card 111 when construction starts.
