These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilides, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Cale 1995 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Buiiding Division with detaiLs and/or drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide support for point loads under new 4 x 12 H.F. HDR between living <br />room and dining room. <br />2. Provide smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms and in the corridor or azea giving <br />access to each separate sleeping area. <br />3. Plans do not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing per secdon <br />2326.4 & tabie 23-I-W.
