The applicant must comply �3�ilh the following conditions: <br />An�� grading/�Il ou this site shall bc done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />n�•�n�rc��5. <br />2. This p�rojuct must comply with the current City of Everett Building Codc. <br />Special charges for connection to ihe sewer and �vater systems in accordancc <br />���ith Ordinance 1998-94 �nd subseqnent revision are applicable. These <br />charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. <br />Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy o1'the Ordinance and be computed <br />b�� the I'ublic Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />aceording to the information on thc �pproved plans at the time of b�ilding <br />permit issuance. <br />4. A fire 6ydrant is required witl�in 350 driving feet of every structure. The <br />liydr�nt(s) must meet City specifications. <br />5. City strcets aud allcys are to be kept cicar of dirt and debris at all times <br />during consiruction. Dust suppression and sh•eet cleaning must occur �s <br />directed by tlie Fublic �Vorks Inspector. <br />G. AII exposcd ground must bc resecded within 30 clays of the cmnpletion of <br />consU•uction. ll'resceding is not practical duc to weather or seasonal <br />problems, thc g�roimd must be covered with ma.ch as dirccted by the City <br />Gn�incer. <br />7. 7'emporary ernsion cm�trol me�sures for conslruction activity must be <br />operatimial prior to commenccmcnt of any clearing or earth�vork. <br />S. l3uilding permits arc required for tliis construction.
