McCarthy at her <br />residence at 1302 Madrona regarding the water running onto <br />the street. Noises could be hear3 inside the house on these <br />occasions but no one ?aould answer the door. <br />Attempts werc then made to coritact her thru letters. The <br />first letter was setit October 8, 1976 offering our assistance <br />and asking her to contact this office. No response was received. <br />The second letter ;vas sent Oct�ber 2C, 1976, by Certified Mail <br />but was returne3 unclaimed. <br />This caater is creating a nuisance to the neighborhood and will <br />become dangerous when freezing weather arrives. It is very <br />possi.ble that someone could geL• injured from the ice. I hope <br />something can be done to correct this before this happens. <br />�.: <br />
