The only item I no[ed as part of the Planning Departmerit review is on the site plan. The site plan must be modified to show only the exterior walls and foundation of the proposed resider.ce�s�. The floor plan/interior wa{I information must be removed from the site plan. A�so, please add dimensional information sho�ving distances irom each side of the house to the property line at the closest points. This information a necessary in order for [he City to verify proper building setbacks from the proper[y lines. In the meantime, I have moved the plans ahead for review by Ihe Building Department.
